Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for RNest plans and services.

1. Free plans
RNest's Basic Care plan offered during launch is free, with no payment taken at signup — so there is nothing to refund. You can cancel a free plan at any time with no charges.
2. Paid plans
For paid plans, you can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
3. Eligibility for refunds
- If you are charged in error or billed twice for the same period, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate or incorrect charge
- If a paid service (such as a scheduled visit) is cancelled by RNest and not rescheduled, the amount paid for that service will be refunded
- Refund requests for partially used subscription periods are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
4. How to request a refund
Email info@rnest.care or call +91 73063 30330 with your registered phone number and details of the charge. We aim to resolve refund requests within 7 working days.
5. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
